2. Service Engagement
When you hire Marketing Adda for any service:

• A clear brief or requirement must be provided.

• Work timelines depend on project scope and approvals.

• Revisions are limited and based on the agreed service plan.

• Additional work outside scope may require extra charges. 

3. Payments
We may share data with: 

• Fees are defined in proposals or invoices.

• Advance payment is required to start any project. 

• All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

• Delay in payment may pause ongoing work. 

4. Content Ownership  

• Final approved deliverables belong to the client after full payment.

• All raw files, drafts, or working files remain the property of Marketing Adda unless previously agreed.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio. 

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:

• Provide required information, approvals, and materials on time.

• Ensure they have rights to use images, logos, or content shared. 

• Review deliverables promptly to avoid delays. 

Marketing Adda is not responsible for delays caused by pending approvals.

6. Intellectual Property  

All content, graphics, and material on this website are owned by Marketing Adda.
Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability  
We are not liable for: 

• Loss of revenue resulting from delays, technical errors, or misuse 

• Issues caused by third-party platforms (Meta, YouTube, hosting, etc.) 

• Ad performance fluctuations 

All results depend on strategy, platform policies, and market conditions. 

8. Termination
Marketing Adda may terminate service if: 

• Terms are violated 

• Payments are delayed 

• Abusive or unethical behavior is observed  

Client may also terminate services with prior notice.

9. Governing Law  
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
